I am an engineer by
trade, writer by hobby, and sports fanatic by nature. I have long been a fan of
the San Francisco 49ers, San Jose Sharks, and 27-Time World Champion New York
Yankees, and as a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, since 2002 a big fan
of Cal Poly Mustang athletics. My favorite team, however, is Tre Kronor, Mens
National Ice Hockey Team for the country of Sweden.
In the past I have written for sports media sites like MTR Media and Bleacher Report, but their policies and motivations never appealed to me. I have decided to break away start my own blog, to allow myself the luxury of writing in my own style, according to my own schedule, and free of the ridiculous politics of larger sites that must promote traffic over quality in order to survive.
This blog will not be solely about sports (though largely it will), but rather will be an open expression of my opinions on all matters. I never apologize for speaking my mind.
